The Transition Lab workshop helps teams understand where they are in a transition and what the path forward looks like, rather than guessing or filling in the gaps themselves. It is designed for high stakes “before and after” moments when you need people to see the current state, next state, and their place in that story.

Best when:

• You are navigating a merger, major restructure, or service line reconfiguration
• A founder, long tenured leader, or key program head is exiting
• You are relaunching a program or department after a significant shift in scope or strategy

Participants in this workshop create the Transition Pathway Installation - a visual that makes current state, next state, and key milestones visible so everyone can see how the transition will unfold and what they are moving toward together.
Recommended mediums: connected wood piece murals, 3D printed milestone elements, resin timeline panels.
